Councilmember Price present a Christmas present to an elderly

After months of anticipation, Councilmember Price was delighted to finally kick off the Annual 2021 Senior Appreciation Luncheon on Dec. 9. No LA rain, sleet, or snow could have stopped Team Price from making special deliveries to friends and neighbors at Figueroa Senior Apartments, Stovall Terrace Senior Villa, and Mount Moriah Church.

Over the next two weeks, Councilmember Price’s Office will be reaching more than 1,500 seniors at a variety of locations throughout the Ninth District,  providing them with warm meals and an exclusive care package that includes a commemorative t-shirt, magnet, reusable bag, personal care items, and other goodies.

A big thank you to the local restaurant partners that are helping with this effort, including Served 2 Enjoy, Dulan's Soul Food Kitchen, Viztango Cafe and Delicious at The Dunbar, whose meals are key in helping to provide comfort and holiday cheer for District 9 seniors.
