Another nuisance abatement case has been successfully resolved!
The Office of Councilmember Price, in collaboration with the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS), have addressed issues at 4182 S. Vermont Ave., an abandoned fast-food establishment that had deteriorated into a hotspot, accumulating garbage, debris, and bulky items.
In its place, District 9 will soon welcome the “Pizza Burger Factory,” which will offer the local community fresh pizza pies and burgers.
