The Los Angeles City Council took steps to limit the sale of flavored tobacco products. The City Attorney was asked to draft an ordinance with various amendments to the LAMC. Amongst them, tobacco products may only be sold at a location that has been issued a City Tobacco Retailer’s Permit, as well as banning smoking within an Outdoor Dining Area or within 10 feet of this Outdoor Dining Area.
