The Jobs & Economic Development Incentive (JEDI) Zones program will provide a competitive advantage for small and locally-owned businesses to thrive and stimulate recovery in the neighborhoods that need it most and pave the way for a positive economic future. In 2021, Councilman Price established a JEDI Zone for the historic Goodyear Tract in Council District Nine. Businesses located within this zone are eligible to obtain a variety of incentives, including case management of the City development permit process, permit fee reductions, business consulting, and façade improvements, among other things.
