Councilmember Price joined dozens of preschoolers, teachers, and administrators from Ralph M. Parsons Preschool on April 30, to inaugurate their new outdoor classroom with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Located at EXPO Center in the heart of District 9, the Ralph M. Parsons Preschool offers full and half-day sessions, afterschool programs, and seasonal camps throughout the year, aimed at enriching early childhood education for children aged 2 to 6.
